Infrastructure Project Manager

Job Description The Infrastructure Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all infrastructure suppliers and technical aspects of event setups. This role ensures that all essential services—power, lighting, sound, water supply, and temporary structures—are delivered efficiently, safely, and within budget. Project Planning & Coordination Develop infrastructure plans for each event, considering site logistics, supplier capabilities, and client requirements Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines Ensure timely and effective communication with suppliers and vendors Manage project risks and issues, identifying and implementing corrective actions as needed Monitor and control project expenses, ensuring budget compliance Project Execution Plan and execute infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery of event setups Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, milestones, and outcomes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
