Start: ASAP (01.07.2026) Assignment type: B2B One of our clients is looking for an Infrastructure Program Manager who will lead the migration of private data centre workloads into Microsoft Azure, driving projects end-to-end and ensuring effective coordination among various technical teams. Main Responsibilities: Deliver the full migration of private data centre workloads including Microsoft Windows VMs and Microsoft SQL Server databases into Azure. Drive delivery across infrastructure streams such as firewalls, networks, routing, and security. Coordinate technical teams, ensuring alignment and on-time delivery. Maintain momentum by removing blockers and focused productivity in teams. Lead the Azure migration programme including planning, delivery, and post-migration care. Define and manage migration waves and operational readiness. Oversee environment builds including Microsoft VM deployments and database migrations. Participate in technical discussions regarding infrastructure. Manage stakeholder relationships and align business goals. Key Requirements: 10+ years hands-on engineering experience in networking or cloud engineering. Experience migrating Microsoft Windows VMs and Microsoft SQL Server databases into Azure. Deep understanding of cloud and data centre infrastructure. Proficiency in Agile methodologies. Ability to influence stakeholders and build trust-based relationships. Excellent English communication skills. Experience in leading large-scale data centre migration programmes. Experience with project management tools. A background working in an Agile environment. Creative problem-solving skills.
