Infrastructure Engineer / DevOps (m/w/d)

As Infrastructure Engineer / DevOps (m/w/d), you will actively contribute to how our software is built, delivered, and operated – both in internal product environments and concrete customer projects. You are part of our specialized DevOps team and work closely with development. You bring ideas, automate, simplify, and enable smooth deployments on modern platforms.

Your Tasks

• Further development and automation of our CI/CD pipelines with GitLab
• Setup and operation of our Kubernetes infrastructure on AWS, Proxmox (OnPrem), and other platforms
• Use of Terraform, Helm, Ansible, ArgoCD, and PowerShell for efficient management and orchestration of complex environments
• Optimization of security, stability, and scalability of our systems
• Support for development teams during deployments, troubleshooting, and infrastructure decisions
• Participation in international customer projects, including customized infrastructure concepts

Your Profile

• Good knowledge of Kubernetes in production environments
• Good knowledge of CI/CD processes, preferably with GitLab
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code: Terraform, Helm, Ansible
• Safe handling of cloud platforms (AWS, azure) and local environments (Proxmox)
• Scripting skills (e.g. PowerShell, Bash, aws cli)

Nice to have:

• Experience with ArgoCD or other GitOps tools
• Knowledge of media technologies (e.g. Streaming, Real-time systems)
• Monitoring/Logging (Grafana, Prometheus etc.)
• Good German and English skills for exchange with international teams and customers

You bring a well-developed technical understanding and enjoy automating processes. You don't have to master everything perfectly – but you should be willing to dive deep into modern DevOps technologies.
