Tasks

Your Tasks

• Hands-on Responsibility: You install, configure, and integrate solutions based on the Ascom Healthcare Platform. This actively contributes to hospitals being able to efficiently handle their daily challenges.
• Teamwork at Eye Level: Together with colleagues from Engineering, Project Management, and Customer Service, you develop stable and performant system solutions that are precisely tailored to the needs of our customers.
• Learning and Growing: You deepen your technical skills in a regulated and security-relevant environment. By solving real challenges, you see directly how your work improves the hospital workflow.
• Visible Contribution: Your projects contribute to optimizing workflows in hospitals and care facilities, increasing patient safety.

Requirements

Your Profile

• You have a completed education as an IT Specialist - System Integration or Application Development, Medical Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• You have 2 years of professional experience in the IT sector – for example, with installation, configuration, and operation of z.B. Windows Server, Linux, Virtualization (VMWare/Hyper-V), and SQL troubleshooting.
• You are familiar with networks and protocols, especially LAN, WLAN, Routing, Switching, EMM/MDM, TCP/IP, and HL7.
• You understand the requirements for medical device regulations and principles of data security.
• Ideal candidate has MCSE, CCNP, and other certifications in the network field
• You understand the requirements and principles of IT data security.
• You bring ideal experience with IT solutions in the medical environment.
• You convince through your problem-solving skills, communication, and documentation.
• You speak very good German and have ideal English language skills – this facilitates collaboration in international teams.
• You possess a Class B driver's license to be able to work on-site with customers.
