Infrastructure Architect

Infrastructure Architect Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore Full Time Hybrid (3 days/week) Job Purpose: The Infrastructure Architect plays a key role in Client’s architecture / technology division. The role involves producing designs and overseeing the implementation of solutions encompassing hardware, software, and security to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability, bridging business needs on-premises, cloud and hybrid environments. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams that include but are not limited to: Engineering, IT Operations, Security, and Business stakeholders to deliver infrastructure solutions that meet the evolving needs of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a deep understanding of Client’s technology landscape, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed. This role also involves staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in order to continuously improve the infrastructure architecture and ensure alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure solutions that meet business needs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a deep understanding of Client’s technology landscape. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in order to continuously improve the infrastructure architecture and ensure alignment with business objectives. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. • Provide technical guidance and support to other teams within the technology division. • Ensure compliance with Client’s security policies and procedures. • Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support as needed. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure architecture, design, and implementation. • Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid environments. • Experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and automation tools (Ansible). • Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance regulations (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR). • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
