Overview Infra Transformation Associate Managers are primarily involved in project delivery. They can also be involved in responding to sales proposals, preparing demonstration systems, support work and building pre-packaged solutions. They should have an understanding of the Accenture delivery framework and the specific solutions and accelerators used within it. This role is responsible for managing a team of Infra Transformation Associate Analysts who are primarily involved in project delivery. The role will also involve responding to sales proposals, preparing demonstration systems, support work and building pre-packaged solutions. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of the Accenture delivery framework and the specific solutions and accelerators used within it. Key responsibilities include: • Managing a team of Infra Transformation Associate Analysts who are primarily involved in project delivery. • Responding to sales proposals, preparing demonstration systems, support work and building pre-packaged solutions. • Having an understanding of the Accenture delivery framework and the specific solutions and accelerators used within it. • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders. • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed. • Collaborating with other teams to deliver projects successfully. • Ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with Accenture's policies, procedures and standards. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as IT, Computer Science or related field. • 5+ years of experience in a similar role. • Strong understanding of the Accenture delivery framework and specific solutions and accelerators used within it. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Asana or similar. • Certification in ITIL or PMP is desirable but not essential.
