Job description
The Company: Our client is a well-established and growing telco operator. With their expansion scheme, they are now looking for an Infra Project Manager . As an Infra Project Manager , you will be responsible for the following: Ensure that the team conducts health check, conduct infrastructure monitoring, handle customer queries, investigate incidents, resolve, apply fixes and ensure they are tracked until closure. Involve in transitions between the project and operation teams. Engage at all levels to ensure a smooth transition of projects from one phase to another. This includes ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and that the project deliverables are met. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the team has the necessary resources, including training and support, to complete their tasks effectively.
