Infotainment Software Engineer

Infotainment Software Engineer Objective: Develop efficient Front-End interfaces and ensure Back-End support for human-machine interaction (HMI) in automotive production environments, collaborating under the Agile Scrum framework. Activities: Develop prototypes and functional screens at production level using QT for SYNC4. Create technical specifications and screen layouts for OTA and MMOTA interactions. Coordinate the work team (Account/Team Lead role), assign tasks to team members, and ensure timely completion of projects. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. Develop and maintain technical documentation for software applications. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in collaboration with the development team. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Ensure that all developed software meets quality, security, and performance standards. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners. Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.
