Our customer is one of the most successful consulting firms in Germany in the field of information security with a seat in Berlin. The company supports customers from various industries in introducing, developing and certifying information security management systems (ISMS) according to ISO/IEC 27001 and BSI IT-Grundschutz. Through the connection of strategic consulting, technical know-how and practical implementation, it accompanies organizations in strengthening their information security sustainably and successfully fulfilling regulatory requirements.

To strengthen the team at our customer's company, we are looking for an experienced ISMS specialist (m/w/d) with a focus on audit and network security.

Aufgaben

• You design, implement and develop information security management systems (ISMS) continuously further and contribute significantly to the sustainable establishment of information security in the organization.
• You plan, coordinate and accompany internal and external audits and support certification procedures to ensure regulatory and normative requirements.
• You conduct risk analysis and lead targeted measures to minimize risks based on the results.
• You develop and optimize guidelines, processes and security concepts and create a foundation for effective security governance.
• You analyze existing structures and processes using gap analyses and maturity assessments and identify potential for continuous improvement.
• You advise management and departments competently on topics related to information security, compliance, governance and business continuity management.
• You accompany the selection, introduction and further development of modern security solutions and support their successful operation within the IT landscape.
• You actively contribute to the development of the security strategy and contribute to strengthening the organization's resilience sustainably.

Qualifikation

• You hold a successfully completed degree in computer science, IT security, business informatics or a comparable qualification and bring a strong passion for information security with you.
• You have already accumulated several years of experience in the field of information security management, governance, risk & compliance or cyber security and feel at home in complex organizational structures as well as in direct exchange with stakeholders.
• The implementation and further development of information security standards are part of your daily work. You convince through a deep understanding of established frameworks and best practices.
• If possible, you have already accompanied audit or certification projects and know the requirements for sustainable compliance and effective security processes firsthand.
• Addition qualifications and certifications in the field of information security underscore your professional expertise and your claim to continuous further development.
• You combine analytical strength with a structured, solution-oriented working style and maintain an overview even when dealing with complex questions.
• Your excellent communication and advisory skills enable you to convey technical and organizational topics in a comprehensible manner and bring together different interest groups successfully.
• You possess sovereign demeanor, persuasive power and service orientation, creating trust and acting as a respected point of contact at all levels.
• You have secure written and spoken German language skills and communicate professionally and addressably.
