Informationssicherheit & Datenschutz (C5 / DSMS) - Werkstudent/ Praktikant (m/w/d)

You will support Roger in setting up and implementing a structured data protection and information security management system (DSMS) and accompany the preparation for C5 testing. The goal is to implement regulatory requirements cleanly, efficiently, and sustainably – and our current weaknesses.

Aufgaben

• Participation in setting up and maintaining the DSMS

• Structuring data protection and information security documentation

• Maintenance of guidelines, directories, processes, and evidence

• Support for C5 preparation

• Mapping of requirements to existing processes & systems

• Gathering, structuring, and maintaining evidence

• Data protection impact assessments (DSFA)

• Support for DSFAs, particularly for KI-use-cases

• Documented risks, measures, and decision-making logic

• Coordination & interface work

• Tight collaboration with Tech, Product, and external advisors (e.g. QuR)

• Preliminary preparation of meetings, reviews, and audits

• Process improvement
