Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Information Technology Support Engineer who will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients. Key Responsibilities Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers via phone, email, or in-person meetings Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software applications, hardware, and network infrastructure Collaborate with internal teams to identify and prioritize technical issues and implement solutions Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate and timely support. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL Certification in CompTIA A+ or equivalent is an added advantage.
