6 years of experience in IT support Strong knowledge of: Windows 10/11, macOS Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune) Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP Networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, firewall basics) Experience with ITSM ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, ManageEngine, etc.).
