Information Technology Recruiter

About the position

At Mriti Infosystems, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This is a 100% remote position, with a preference for candidates residing in Querétaro, Mexico.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and hiring IT talent for clients in Mexico, the United States, and Latin America (LATAM).

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from receiving the vacancy to candidate onboarding.
• Source IT candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, OCCMundial, Computrabajo, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Evaluate technical profiles, communication skills, and compatibility with client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain a solid database of IT candidates in Mexico.
• Negotiate hiring conditions, availability, and salary expectations.
• Update candidate information in the ATS/CRM and follow up on each process.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to fill vacancies in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on IT labor market trends in Mexico.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in the Mexican or LATAM market.
• Experience recruiting for Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, QA, ERP, infrastructure, and data profiles.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Native Spanish and intermediate or advanced level of English.

Desirable

• Experience in recruitment for US clients (nearshore staffing).
• Knowledge of permanent, temporary, and project-based hiring schemes.
• Experience with ATS/CRM and Boolean search techniques.
• Experience recruiting bilingual talent (Spanish-English).
