Involves the overall planning, coordination, and control of a project from inception to completion to produce a functionally and financially viable project that will be completed on time within authorized cost and to the required quality. Manages scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and change management processes. Develops and maintains project plans, identifies and mitigates risks, and ensures compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Collaborates with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. Provides regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management. Ensures that all projects are completed in accordance with the organization's quality standards and best practices. Manages a team of IT professionals to achieve project objectives. Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners. Responsible for managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. Provides guidance and support to team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
