Information Technology Infrastructure Manager

Job description

He/She provides leadership in the design, implementation, and maintenance of physical and/or virtual infrastructure. Responsible for setting direction on infrastructure strategies, frameworks, and operational standards while ensuring alignment with business objectives and service reliability across client environments in Singapore. Work Location: Singapore (Travel to client sites required) Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Develop and implement infrastructure operations and maintenance plans to meet business and operational requirements. Ensure the IT infrastructure meets the business needs and complies with all relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines. Manage the IT infrastructure budget, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting. Oversee the selection, procurement, installation, and configuration of IT infrastructure components. Manage and mentor a team of IT infrastructure professionals. Develop and maintain documentation of IT infrastructure, including diagrams, procedures, and policies. Provide technical expertise and support to the IT team and other departments. Monitor and analyze the performance of IT infrastructure, identifying and resolving performance issues. Manage relationships with vendors and service providers. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in IT infrastructure. Manage and drive IT infrastructure projects to successful completion. Ensure the security of IT infrastructure and data. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization. Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Experience with IT infrastructure automation and orchestration tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to travel to client sites as required.
