Information Technology Administrator

Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled IT Administrator & Infrastructure Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in IT administration, infrastructure management, and enterprise systems support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring system availability, security, compliance, and operational efficiency across cloud and on-premise environments. The role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends. Key responsibilities include: • Designing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure to support business operations; • Troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues in a timely and efficient manner; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT projects and initiatives; • Developing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base for IT systems and processes; • Staying current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. The successful candidate will have: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT administration, infrastructure management, and enterprise systems support; • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including cloud computing, virtualization, and network architecture; • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Linux, and other operating systems; • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL; • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and technical skills.
