Information System Implementation Specialist

As an Information system implementation specialist you'll focus on planning and building the company’s information projects, taking ownership of project management, coordinating people and communication, driving projects forward and assist in tackling any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business demands and translate them into effective information system solutions;
- Plan, initiate, monitor, and manage IT and digitalization projects end-to-end;
- Optimize and improve business processes through information systems;
- Support system environment setup, software installation, testing, user training, acceptance, and reporting;
- Independently lead assigned digital projects and coordinate with business teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders;
- Organize and lead regular project meetings, track progress, and resolve issues;
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and proactively identify and mitigate risks;
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in information system or IT project implementation;
- Hands-on experience with systems such as ERP, PDM, MES, CRM, SRM, OA, WMS;
- Solid understanding of Industry 4.0 and digital factory concepts;
- Strong communication, documentation, and IT project management skills;
- Experience with SQL and Oracle, plus familiarity with mainstream software architectures;
- Knowledge of at least one programming language (such as C# or Java);
- Experience with SQL Server, database development, and basic database operations;
- Familiarity with the automotive industry, including production, quality, logistics, and material traceability;
- Understanding of auto parts and supply chain processes;
- Strong analytical skills (5W analysis), good time management, and problem-solving abilities;
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure;
- Education background: Computer Science, Mathematics, Automation, or related fields;
