Information Security Specialist (m/f/d)

Do you want to actively shape information security and make a difference in an international corporate environment? At our client, one of the leading logistics service providers with a global presence, you will have the opportunity to further develop existing structures, contribute your own ideas, and initiate sustainable changes.

As part of a 4-person team, you will take responsibility for the further development of information security management, the implementation of regulatory requirements, and the continuous optimization of existing security processes.

Your Tasks

• Establishment, further development, and continuous optimization of the ISMS

• Conduct and follow-up of risk analyses and derivation of suitable measures

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal information security requirements (ISO 27001, TISAX, NIS2 etc.)

• Preparation and support of internal and external audits, coordination with auditors and authorities

• Creation and maintenance of information security policies, processes, and documentation

• Evaluation of new regulatory requirements and support for their implementation

• Follow-up of security incidents and business interruptions, and support in risk minimization

What You Bring

• Completed degree in Business Informatics or comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in information security/establishment and operation of an ISMS

• Sound knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (ISO 27001, BSI, TISAX, NIS2)

• Independent working style with problem-solving competence and strong communication skills

• Very good German and English language skills

• Certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CISM or CISSP are an advantage
