At our company, you will be responsible for developing our information security processes and supporting the sustainable protection of systems, data, and processes. Your Tasks

• You develop and implement information security guidelines, standards, and processes and ensure their implementation.
• You conduct risk analyses and audits and develop suitable measures to minimize risks.
• You coordinate incident response management and support the implementation of security measures.
• You ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements (e.g. DSGVO, PCI-DSS) and conduct regular compliance checks.
• You develop security awareness measures and support employees in safety-relevant questions.
• You define key performance indicators for evaluating security performance and create regular reports.
• You work closely with IT, Legal, People & Culture, and other departments to support safety-relevant projects.
• You serve as the central point of contact for information security and compliance topics within the company.

Your Profile

• You have a completed degree (e.g. business informatics, IT security) or equivalent qualification.
• You have several years of experience in the field of information security, IT security, or cyber security.
• You bring experience in building and developing information security structures.
• You have fundamental knowledge in the areas of risk management, security governance, and compliance.
• You have experience dealing with regulatory requirements and security standards (e.g. DSGVO, PCI-DSS).
• You work structured, analytically, and solution-oriented.
• You convince through clear communication and work securely with different stakeholders.
• You have very good German and English skills in writing and speaking.
• Ideal would be experience in an international or technology-driven environment.
