Information Security Engineer

This position is a technical role responsible for the successful development, installation, integration, and deployment of Identity Management applications in the Inspire Brands environments and for assisting our implementation partners in that process. The main focus of your work will be with Okta, but you will be expected to perform similar duties for other applications for controlling authentication, including but not limited to Beyond Identity. As a software engineer for the Identity Access Management (IAM) team, you will collaborate with other engineers and security professionals to build and support secure and reliable identity solutions. **Responsibilities:** * Implement, configure, and maintain identity and access management (IAM) solutions, primarily Okta. * Design and implement integrations with various applications and systems, ensuring seamless authentication and authorization. * Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline IAM processes. * Monitor IAM systems for performance and security, troubleshooting issues as they arise. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Develop and maintain documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures. * Stay up-to-date with the latest IAM technologies, trends, and security best practices. * Participate in security incident response and investigations related to IAM. * Provide support for IAM-related issues and escalations. * Participate in on-call rotation. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience. * 2+ years of experience in IAM, with a focus on Okta. * Experience with identity federation protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect). * Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell). * Experience with REST APIs and web services. * Strong understanding of security principles and best practices. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience with other IAM solutions (e.g., Beyond Identity) is a plus. * Relevant certifications (e.g., Okta Certified Professional) are a plus. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision) * Paid time off * 401(k) plan with company match * Professional development opportunities
