Information Security, Compliance & IKS Manager (m/f/d) - ISO 27001 - Part-time

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you immediately and on a part-time basis (20-25 hrs.) as an Information Security, Compliance & IKS Manager (m/f/d) to further drive our growth and ensure first-class service quality.

Responsibilities

• Establishment, further development, and structured preparation of our organization for an ISMS according to ISO/IEC 27001 and for certifications according to ISO 9001
• Analysis, assessment, and implementation of regulatory requirements, particularly from the NIS-2 directive
• Orientation towards and, if necessary, implementation of measures according to BSI IT-Grundschutz
• Establishment, further development, and ensuring the annual audit of our Internal Control System (IKS) by our auditor according to PS 951 Type 2 / ISAE 3402
• Maintenance and structuring of all compliance and security documentation in Confluence and Jira, including the establishment of comprehensible, audit-ready structures and workflows
• Continuous collaboration and consultation with all teams to systematically capture and keep up-to-date security and compliance-relevant information
• Development, standardization, and optimization of processes in the areas of information security, compliance, and internal controls
• Preparation, accompaniment, and support of internal and external audits, including risk analyses and follow-up of measures

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional experience in information security, IT compliance, or ISMS
• Practical experience with ISO/IEC 27001 (implementation, operation, or audit)
• Good knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., NIS-2 directive, GDPR, IT security requirements)
• Experience in establishing and maintaining structured documentation and processes
• Ideally, knowledge of BSI IT-Grundschutz and/or quality management according to ISO 9001
• Experience with internal audits or accompanying certifications is an advantage
• Basic technical understanding of cloud/IT architectures
• Confident use of Confluence and Jira or comparable tools is an advantage
• Ability to communicate complex requirements understandably and implement them pragmatically
• Fluent German and good English skills
