Designation: Information Security Compliance Analyst Experience: 2 - 5 years Location: Hyderabad / Chennai - India (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Work Mode: Hybrid Reports To: Head of IT About the Role EvonSys is looking for a practical, technically aware Information Security Compliance Analyst to help strengthen and sustain our compliance programmes across ISO/IEC 27001:2022, SOC 2 Type II, and ISO/IEC 27701 Privacy Information Management System (PIMS). This role sits at the intersection of IT and business, requiring a deep understanding of information security principles, risk management, and compliance frameworks. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining effective controls to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data and systems. Key responsibilities include: * Conducting regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential threats and weaknesses. * Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement security controls and measures. * Providing training and awareness programs for employees on information security best practices and compliance requirements. * Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of information security and applying this knowledge to continuously improve our compliance programmes. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * 2-5 years of experience in information security, compliance, or a related field. * Strong understanding of ISO/IEC 27001:2022, SOC 2 Type II, and ISO/IEC 27701 Privacy Information Management System (PIMS). * Experience with risk management frameworks and vulnerability scanning tools. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
