AI Workflow Developer – Junior AI Agent Solutions Developer

Main Activities: Workflow AI Design and Development: - Developing and implementing innovative use cases on AI agent platforms already adopted by the company - Creating automated workflows integrating linguistic models (LLM), AI agents, business data, and external sources - Using no-code/low-code tools to automate business processes in a smart way - Translating business needs into functional AI workflow - Verifying, testing, and optimizing the performance of developed workflows - Writing technical documentation and collecting best practices for the team - Collaborating with the IT department for implementing solutions in production environments Requirements: Education and Technical Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields - Basic knowledge of languages such as Python and/or JavaScript Preferred Skills: - Experience with no-code/low-code tools and AI platforms like RAGFlow, LangFlow, n8n - Familiarity with concepts of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector databases - Basic knowledge of Docker and software solution deployment Soft Skills: - Analytical approach and creative problem-solving orientation - Propensity for continuous learning and flexibility - Good relational and communication skills - Collaborative spirit and team-oriented work attitude What We Offer: - Employment contract type: fixed-term with a perspective of indefinite employment - Salary commensurate with the candidate's experience All job postings published by us are intended for both sexes, people of all ages, and nationalities (ex L. 903/77, D.Lgs. 215/03 and 216/03 s.m.i.).
