Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM SaaS Lead to lead our team in delivering innovative Master Data Management (MDM) solutions on the Informatica MDM SaaS platform. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Informatica MDM SaaS platform, its features, and its capabilities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver MDM solutions that meet customer needs. • Lead and manage a team of technical professionals in delivering high-quality MDM solutions. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of Master Data Management. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in MDM solutions across the organization. Requirements: • 8-12 years of experience in Master Data Management, preferably on the Informatica MDM SaaS platform. • Strong understanding of data management concepts, including data governance, data quality, and data integration. • Experience in leading teams and managing projects from initiation to delivery. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
