Informatica ETL Developer (w/m/d)

Currently, we are looking for an Informatica expert (m/w/d) to support an ongoing modernization and data project at one of our clients in Germany.

In this role, you will take on a central function in the further development and modernization of existing ETL flows, analysis of mainframe processes, and integration of new data architectures. Your contribution ensures that data flows are stable, performant, and future-proof – and that modernization and archiving requirements are smoothly implemented.

Aufgaben

Your tasks

• Development, further development, and maintenance of Informatica workflows - ETL/ELT processes, data processing, and data integration
• Analysis, optimization, and stabilization of existing batch and scheduling flows in the mainframe environment - TWS
• Support for data migrations, modernization projects, and archiving/retention initiatives
• Performance of error analyses, performance optimizations, and end-to-end monitoring to ensure stable data processes
• Closer exchange and collaboration with departments, infrastructure teams, and the operations organization
• Creation, maintenance, and continuous updating of technical documentation

Qualifikation

We're looking for someone who

• Bachelor's degree completed
• 3+ years of professional experience in the Informatica/Mainframe field
• Solid understanding of mainframe environments - TWS, JCL
• Experience in complex or regulated IT environments is advantageous
• Very good German language skills (C1)
• Good English language skills (B2)
• Work permit for Germany

• Salary: 75,000 - 95,000€/year
