Infor LN Consultant (m/f/d) - Focus Warehouse and Logistics

To strengthen our team in Saarbrücken, we are looking for you as an Infor LN Consultant with a focus on Warehouse and Logistics.

We are a team of 30 highly qualified employees with over 30 years of experience and more than 300 successful projects in IT. As motivated and results-oriented team players, we ensure that the Infor ERP solutions we implement, as well as our know-how, guarantee our customers' project success.

• For everyone who doesn't live in the beautiful Saarland: Relocation is not required. We also offer the position remotely.
• The vacancy is intended as a full-time position within a 40-hour week as standard. However, we are flexible with you and open to a variety of working time models.

Responsibilities

You will support our customers holistically: in the new implementation of Infor LN as well as in technology changes, for example from on-premise to Infor LN Cloud.

• You will work with customers and prospects to develop project requirements and will also be responsible for effort estimation.
• As part of conception and realization, you will conduct interviews to capture the current situation (IST-Analyse), create detailed process descriptions, and derive optimization potentials from them.
• For the implementation of the software and the optimization of customer processes, you will create solution approaches, which you will realize together with our internal team.
• You will act as the contact person for our customers regarding project topics and technical questions.
• During customer projects, you will conduct training sessions and workshops at the customer's site.

After the software is implemented in the customer's company, our support department takes over, allowing you to concentrate on project work with the next customer.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in process consulting and implementation of Infor LN, especially in the area of warehouse and logistics
• Very good communication skills as well as the ability to convey complex issues understandably and to listen actively
• High degree of personal responsibility and reliability, coupled with a strong customer and service orientation
• German at least C2 level
