Tasks

Your Role:

You will systematically build up our influencer program and our social media presence – from the initial creator outreach to ongoing campaign management. Together with Content Marketing, Art Direction, and our AI Content Creator, you will ensure that ZEINpharma appears visible, authentic, and effective on Instagram, TikTok & Co.

Your tasks include:

• Building and managing the influencer program: selection, outreach, contract negotiation, campaign management
• Editorial planning and operational implementation for our social media channels
• Community management as well as managing reach and engagement
• Performance measurement and reporting of influencer and social media campaigns
• Close collaboration with Content Marketing, Art Direction, and AI Content & Design Creator

Qualifications

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience in influencer marketing and/or social media management – ideally in Consumer Health, Beauty, or FMCG
• Existing network of creators and agencies is an advantage
• Data-driven: You manage based on reach, engagement, and ROI, not just gut feeling
• Creativity combined with organizational talent and negotiation skills
