Job Title: Scouting Specialist Location: Gurgaon (On-site) Job Type: Full-Time Working Days: 5 Days a Week Timings: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM Experience: 1–2 Years About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Scouting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and researching content creators across social media platforms, analyzing creator profiles, and building a strong talent pipeline for brand collaborations. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing strategies, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Key responsibilities include: • Identifying and researching potential influencers across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) • Analyzing creator profiles, including their audience demographics, engagement rates, and content quality • Building a strong talent pipeline for brand collaborations by identifying and vetting potential influencers • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop influencer marketing strategies and campaigns • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry developments • Maintaining accurate records of influencer research, analysis, and pipeline development • Providing regular reports on influencer pipeline progress and performance metrics • Working closely with the content creation team to ensure seamless integration of influencer content into brand campaigns. The ideal candidate should possess: • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing strategies, and industry developments • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite Insights, Sprout Social) • Experience in content creation or a related field is an added advantage.
