Influencer Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You will take on end-to-end responsibility for influencer performance campaigns – from creator selection to budget management, optimization, and scaling
• You will consistently steer all campaigns based on ROAS, revenue, CPA, and growth
• You will ensure campaign success through targeted scouting, precise booking, and strong price negotiations with creators
• You will develop performance-oriented briefings that clearly contribute to our clients' KPIs
• You will analyze key performance KPIs (ROAS, Revenue, CPA, New Customers) and derive concrete optimizations
• You will continuously test new creators, formats, and platforms to further scale campaigns
• You will support the development of a long-term creator pool and further develop our influencer database

Qualifications

• You have already gained valuable experience in influencer performance marketing (agency or brand) and have successfully implemented campaigns

• You strategically apply your analytical understanding to manage performance KPIs such as ROAS, revenue, and CPA and make data-based decisions

• You are confident in budget management and use it strategically for performance optimization and scaling

• You work in a structured manner and maintain an overview even with multiple campaigns in a multi-brand setup

• You strategically apply your negotiation skills in the selection and collaboration with influencers

• You ideally have experience with influencer marketing tools (e.g., Linkster, Storyclash, or similar)Your profile is rounded off by very good German and English language skills
