Influencer Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

As Influencer Performance Marketing Manager at Visca Marketing, you are responsible for the operational implementation and scaling of influencer campaigns for multiple brands.

You book influencers, manage budgets, and optimize campaigns data-driven with a clear focus on the desired KPIs of the customer but often on ROAS, revenue & growth.

Tasks

1. Implementation & scaling of performance-driven influencer campaigns
2. Scouting, selection & booking of influencers for various brands
3. Self-standing negotiations of prices & conditions
4. Management & optimization of influencer budgets
5. Creation of clear, performance-oriented briefings
6. Analysis & reporting of relevant KPIs (ROAS, Revenue, CPA, New Customers)
7. Testing new creators, formats & platforms
8. Maintenance & further development of influencer databases
9. Tight cooperation with Key Account & Strategy

Qualification

1. Experience in influencer marketing (agency or brand)
2. Strong understanding of numbers & performance
3. Experience in budget management & scaling
4. Sure in creator communication & negotiation
5. Structured, self-standing work style
6. Pleasure in multi-brand setups & changing projects
7. Experience with influencer tools (e.g. Linkster, Storyclash or comparable) an advantage
8. Very good German and English skills
