Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing & Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and creating engaging content to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. This role requires a blend of marketing expertise, creativity, and analytical skills to contribute to the growth and success of Krishna’s Herbal & Ayurveda. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives. * Identify, engage, and manage relationships with relevant influencers across various social media platforms. * Plan and execute influencer campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking. * Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, and videos. * Manage and monitor social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging. * Analyze campaign performance and social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. * Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. * Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate influencer marketing and social media strategies into overall marketing campaigns. * Manage social media budget and ensure cost-effective campaign execution. * Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and mentions. * Conduct market research to identify target audiences and emerging trends. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective campaign execution. * Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and social media activities. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. * Proven experience in influencer marketing and social media management. * Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content. * Analytical skills to track and analyze campaign performance. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in social media analytics tools. * Knowledge of Ayurvedic and herbal products is a plus.
