Influencer Marketing Manager

Paselo is one of the fastest-growing D2C brands for dog food supplements in the DACH region. We develop scientifically founded products that help dogs live longer, more actively and happier. Behind Paselo stands a small, highly motivated team with a clear mission: the best for the dog, supported by real science and real community.

We are looking for someone who not only manages our community but also actively shapes it — builds genuine relationships to influencers and creators and anchors Paselo as a brand in the dog sport and dog world.

Tasks

• BUILDING, MAINTENANCE AND SCALING OUR INFLUENCER & CREATOR NETWORK
• COMPREHENSIVE ONBOARDING OF NEW INFLUENCERS: FIRST CONTACT, BRIEFING, CONTRACT PROCESS, GUIDELINES, TOOL SETUP AND CAMPAIGN START
• CARE FOR LONG-TERM INFLUENCER RELATIONSHIPS WITH FOCUS ON QUALITY, PERFORMANCE AND BRAND FIT
• OPERATIVE CONTROL OF COOPERATIONS INCLUDING TIMINGS, DELIVERABLES, FEEDBACK LOOPS AND CONTENT TAKEDOWN
• FOCUS ON COMMUNITY: CREATORS WHO ARE CONVINCED BY OUR PRODUCTS.
• ORGANIZATION AND CARE FOR INFLUENCER & CREATOR EVENTS
• ANALYSIS OF RELEVANT KPIs (REACH, ENGAGEMENT, CTR, CVR, CPA) AND DERIVATION OF SPECIFIC OPTIMIZATIONS

Qualification

• RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN INFLUENCER MARKETING OR SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
• AFFABLE, FRIENDLY AND A COOL HEAD EVEN IN STRESSFUL SITUATIONS
• STRUCTURED, MINDFUL AND CONSCIENTIOUS WORKING STYLE
