Influencer Marketing Manager (m/f/d), Full-time, 100% Remote

Do you enjoy discovering new creators, can you inspire people for collaboration, and do you keep track of multiple ongoing collaborations? Then support us in further expanding our influencer marketing at meluya.

Meluya is a brand for muslin bedding and home textiles. We are looking for someone who finds suitable influencers, organizes collaborations, and together with us figures out which partnerships will advance our brand.

Tasks

• Find suitable influencers: You research creators who fit our products and target audience, and examine their insights, content, and community.
• Build contacts: You handle outreach via email or direct message, answer inquiries, and maintain contact with influencers and managements.
• Coordinate collaborations: You gather offers and insights and negotiate prices, services, and publication dates.
• Accompany implementation: You coordinate product selection and shipping, prepare briefings, and keep an eye on agreed-upon content and deadlines.
• Keep track of everything: You document agreements, maintain our contacts, and follow up if anything is missing.
• Evaluate results: You collect the results of collaborations and evaluate them.
• Further develop partnerships: You manage existing contacts and plan further collaborations with creators who are a good fit for meluya with us.

Qualifications

• You have initial practical experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or managing collaborations, ideally for a brand or agency.
• You are familiar with Instagram and have a knack for identifying which creators and content fit a brand.
• You enjoy approaching people and are comfortable discussing and renegotiating prices.
• You work in a structured and reliable manner. Even with multiple collaborations simultaneously, you won't lose track of agreements and deadlines.
• You can handle spreadsheets and numbers and want to understand which collaborations are economically worthwhile.

Experience with Interior, Home & Living, or Lifestyle is a plus.
