Influencer Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

MORE MONEY MORE LOVE is a fast-growing streetwear and fashion brand from Düsseldorf.

Influencers, athletes, artists, footballers, stylists, and relevant personalities from fashion & culture will play an even greater role in building our brand in the future.

For this, we are not looking for a classic social media manager, but someone who understands influencer marketing as its own growth channel, takes responsibility, and brings this area to the next level together with us.

You will work closely with the founder and our brand & creative team and will be given a lot of freedom to build relationships, discover new talents, and implement your own ideas.

Responsibilities

You will take operational responsibility for our influencer marketing and develop it into a scalable system.

Your tasks include:

• Development and implementation of our influencer marketing strategy
• Identification and acquisition of relevant creators and influencers on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with creators, management, agencies, and stylists
• Planning and managing influencer campaigns around our drops and brand campaigns
• Building and managing our seeding and gifting program
• Negotiating collaborations, conditions, content deliverables, and usage rights
• Development of long-term ambassador and affiliate partnerships
• Creator briefings and coordination of content production
• Follow-ups and ensuring agreed-upon deliverables
• Building and maintaining a structured creator and talent CRM
• Tracking and analyzing reach, engagement, content performance, conversions, and ROI
• Identifying new talents before they become relevant for every brand
• Close collaboration with Brand, Creative, Social, Paid Media, and E-Commerce
• Support in selected athlete, footballer, artist, and celebrity activations

Your goal is not to send out as many packages as possible.

Your goal is to build a network of relevant people who wear, post, and are long-term connected to the MORE MONEY MORE LOVE brand.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has already practically implemented influencer marketing and can independently take over this area.

Ideally, you bring:

• Relevant professional experience in influencer, creator, talent, or partnership marketing
• Demonstrable experience in independently managing influencer campaigns
• Experience with creator research, outreach, seeding, and relationship management
• Confidence in communication and negotiation with creators, management, and agencies
• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media culture
• A strong sense for fashion, streetwear, music, sports, and youth culture
• Commercial understanding and a data-driven view of influencer marketing
• Experience with KPIs, reporting, and performance analysis
• Very good communication and organizational skills
• Initiative, speed, and high standards for your work

You are particularly interesting to us if you already bring a relevant creator/talent network or have built influencer programs at a fashion, streetwear, lifestyle, beauty, sports, or consumer brand.

We are not looking for a pure strategist.

You should be eager to discover talents yourself, write to people, build relationships, negotiate, and implement deals.
