Influencer Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

LikeGroup is the external Creator-Marketing-Team for brands like Telekom, Zürich Versicherung, Deutsche Bahn and SharkNinja — since 2018, today with 33 heads from Frankfurt. We don't mediate, we set up: Influencer-Campaigns, UGC, Creator-Productions and Paid Social from one hand, supported by our network of 12,000+ Creators and our own platform LikeBase.

For our growing number of campaigns, we are looking for someone who keeps the store between brand and Creator together.

Aufgaben

As Influencer Marketing Manager (m/w/d), you are the central interface between our customers and the Creators — and lead campaigns from idea to reporting through.

• You steer your campaigns throughout the entire process: strategy, Creator-Sourcing, Briefing, Scripting, Production, Go Live and Performance-Evaluation
• You are the first point of contact for the brand — including weekly Jour Fixe — and translates the campaign goal into a clear plan
• You brief Creators, negotiate and coordinate them, keeps timings, budgets and quality in mind
• You work closely with our teams for Production, Cut and Performance together
• You evaluate campaigns, draw lessons and bring them into the next month

Qualifikation

• First to several years of experience in project-, campaign- or account-management — ideally in Influencer-, Social- or Agency-field
• You organize multiple projects parallel, without losing overview
• Communication strength: you move smoothly between brand decision-makers and Creators
• Sense for Social Content, platforms and formats (TikTok, Reels, UGC)
• Structured, self-responsible working style and hands-on mentality
• Very good German, good English
