Influencer Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

HEILBORN Marketing is an Influencer-Marketing Agency for D2C Brands. Some of the fastest-growing brands in Germany are among our clients.

We are a small, ambitious team with high expectations: top-notch work instead of agency-average. We work fully remote, without micromanagement, and everyone takes real responsibility.

As we're growing strongly, we're now looking for reinforcements for the team. At HEILBORN Marketing, you can expect a steep learning curve and full focus on two things: Influencer Marketing and AI.

Tasks

You'll take responsibility for your own customer brands from day one and work closely with an experienced senior:

• Creator-Sourcing & Discovery: finding the right creators for each brand, using our own KI-gestützten Tools
• Outreach & Negotiation: from initial contact to deal, including barter partnerships. This means high email and communication volumes that we'll ease with AI but not replace. You should be ready to put in the effort here
• Campaign Management: briefings, content alignment, partnership ads, timing
• Reporting & Evaluation: tracking performance data-driven and making the next campaign better
• Customer Communication: you'll be the point of contact for our customers and stand by their side with advice and support

Qualification

Much more important than your CV is how you tick:

• Maker Mentality: you take on problems, solve them, go the extra mile, and question instead of just following through
• High Self-Responsibility: it's the way you do things that matters to you, and you have high expectations for your own performance
• KI Affinity: you enjoy working with KI and learn new tools quickly (or want to)
• Resilience in a fast-paced environment: high volumes and high tempo excite you
• Honesty, Transparency, and Open Communication are important to you.
• Very good German, good English, we also source internationally
• Experience in Influencer Marketing is a plus, but no requirement. Attitude and learning curve beat the perfect CV
