Influencer Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Campaign Management: Planning, implementation, and management of influencer marketing campaigns in close coordination with the team
• Client Communication: Support in client service, preparation of weekly updates, and preparation for meetings
• Market and Competitor Analysis: Identification of trends and development of ideas to strengthen client strategy
• Budget & Cost Control: Support in budget management and ensuring economic target objectives
• Internal Coordination: Close collaboration with Key Account Management and support in client expansion
• Paid Media Support: Involvement in paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta and TikTok

Your Profile

• At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, project management, or a comparable role
• Good communication skills and a keen sense for dealing with clients and creators
• Initial experience in budget management as well as process optimization
• Basic understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and paid media, with a desire to develop further
• Team player mentality, hands-on mentality, and initiative
• Very good German language skills (min. C2) as well as good English language skills, spoken and written
• Diplomatic skill in dealing with different stakeholders
