Tasks

As Influencer Marketing Manager, you are responsible for implementing and steering our influencer marketing campaigns.

You work closely with customers, creators, management, and our internal team to ensure that ideas become extraordinary campaigns with the right faces.

You know creators not just from databases. You understand their communities, contents, and relevance.

You know which trends have potential. Which formats perform. And which creators really have influence on their target audience.

Your Tasks

• Steering and implementation of influencer marketing campaigns for national and international brands
• Development of creative and platform-specific ideas for TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
• Research, selection, and negotiation with suitable creators and talents
• BUILDING AND MAINTENANCE OF STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CREATORS, MANAGMENTS, AND PARTNERS
• Trend and platform observation with a focus on Gen Z and social culture
• Preparation of briefings, timings, and campaign flows
• Coordination of content deliveries, postings, and deliverables
• Analysis of KPIs, reports, and campaign performance
• SUPPORT IN STRATEGIC AND CREATIVE CUSTOMER PROJECTS
• Proactive development of new ideas and approaches for our customers

Qualification

• At least 2 years of experience in influencer or social media marketing
• Passion for TikTok, YouTube, creator culture, and digital trends
• Very good understanding of the Gen-Z target group and current platform dynamics
• Sense for relevant creators, trends, and cultural developments
• Creative thinking and high self-initiative
• Structured and autonomous working style
• Strong organizational skills and good time management
• Safe handling of multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical understanding of KPIs and campaign performance
• Very good German and English language skills
