Influencer Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

As an Amazon agency, we know how marketplaces work. Now we're taking the next step. In this new key position, you won't be responsible for just a few ads. You will be the architect of our TikTok core. You will combine performance marketing, creator structures, and above all, the TikTok Shop into a real sales machine. You will build this area from scratch and make TikTok the new scaling driver for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop Strategy: You will plan and build the TikTok Shop strategy for our clients from the ground up.
• Set up Infrastructure: You start from scratch. You will technically set up the TikTok Shop and initially take on both strategic planning and operational implementation.
• Leverage Trends: You are our expert for TikTok. You will immediately recognize new features and trends and turn them into successful sales campaigns.
• Establish Offering: You will make social commerce a fixed part of our agency offering and define the most important KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience: Several years of experience in TikTok marketing. You have already successfully built TikTok channels or shops.
• TikTok Expertise: You know the TikTok Ads Manager, the algorithm, and the technical processes surrounding the TikTok Shop inside and out.
• Implementation Strength: You not only enjoy planning but also personally implement the technical and operational foundation during the startup phase.
• Data Focus: You make decisions based on numbers. You can read data correctly, maintain an overview, and prepare the results understandably for management.
• Initiative: You work completely independently, proactively drive your topics forward, and can explain complex processes simply.
