As Influencer Marketing Manager (m/w/d), you build our Influencer Marketing from the ground up into one of our most important growth channels. You identify the best Creators in the DACH region, negotiate deals, and steer successful campaigns.

Tasks

• Channel Build: You build our Influencer Marketing from scratch and develop the strategy independently.
• Scouting & Outreach: You identify the best Creators for our brand and speak directly to them.
• Negotiation & Agreements: You negotiate performance deals and long-term partnerships.
• Performance Tracking: You steer the channel through hard KPIs like CPA, ROAS, and MER and ensure clean attribution.
• Campaign Management: You brief Creators, coordinate content, and report results weekly.

Qualification

• You have at least 3+ years of professional experience in Influencer Marketing, with at least 2 years in a D2C E-Commerce company.
• You have already built an Influencer channel independently or significantly scaled it.
• You think performance-driven in CPA, ROAS, and MER and know the industry KPIs inside out.
• You work independently, hands-on, and drive topics with high speed forward.
• You speak and write German and English fluently.
