We are looking for an Influencer-Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks

Influencer-Marketing

• Identification, acquisition, and care of suitable creators and brand ambassadors for our brands
• BUILDING AND MAINTENANCE OF LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS WITH INFLUENCERS, MANAGMENTS, AND AGENCIES
• Planning, implementation, and control of influencer campaigns on various platforms
• Negotiation of cooperations and coordination of deliverables, timings, and conditions
• Coordination of product shipments and campaign workflows
• Analysis and evaluation of campaigns based on relevant KPIs and derivation of optimization measures

Daily Business

• Daily communication with creators, managements, and agencies
• Research and outreach to new talents and potential brand ambassadors
• Care for ongoing cooperations and ensuring a positive creator experience
• Monitoring of trends, platform developments, and competitors
• Preparation of reports and presentation of relevant results
• Coordination within the team and regular 1:1s

Qualification

Your Profile

Experience.
You bring at least 2–4 years of experience in Influencer-Marketing – ideally in the beauty, lifestyle, fashion, or e-commerce field.

Creator Mindset.
You enjoy building relationships and maintaining them over time. You understand what good creator partnerships are and how to develop them successfully.

Organizational Talent.
You keep track of multiple campaigns running simultaneously and work structured and reliably.

Eigenverantwortung.
You work independently, bring in ideas proactively, and take responsibility for your projects.

Analytical Understanding.
You can interpret campaign results, assign KPIs, and recognize optimization potential.

Communication.
German on C1 level and English on at least B2 level.

Work Model.
You work hybrid and are at least three days a week in our office in Cham, to work closely with the team.
