Your Tasks

• International Performance Procurement: You will take operational responsibility for the strategic procurement of influencer services internationally.
• Focused Negotiation & Communication: Supported by our sourcing team, you will concentrate fully on your area of expertise: You will negotiate contracts on equal footing and represent benuta professionally and warmly towards influencers and managements.
• Process-Based Calculation: Using our in-house developed processes, you will quickly and data-based determine the optimal compensation structures – without any guesswork.
• Tech-driven Operations: With the help of our Customized Tech, you will manage collaborations highly efficiently – from content approval and gathering insights to targeted outreach.
• Campaign Monitoring & Reporting: You will plan international campaigns through transparent, digital processes and monitor their performance according to the latest standards of influencer tracking technology.
• Project Work & Process Innovation: You will independently drive cross-functional influencer marketing projects and further develop existing processes in close collaboration with your team lead.

Job Requirements

Your Profile

• Theoretical Foundation: You have completed commercial training or successfully completed a degree (e.g., in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies).
• Relevant Sales or Procurement Experience: You have at least 2 years of professional experience in procurement, sales, influencer marketing, or a comparable, negotiation-intensive role.
• Negotiation Skills & Self-Confidence: You are an absolute communication talent, present yourself confidently, and are eager to prove and challenge your skills in creator outreach daily.
• Structured Way of Working: A high degree of personal responsibility, teamwork, and a structured and careful approach characterize you.
• E-Commerce & Interior Affinity: You are passionate about home & living trends and have a strong affinity for the mechanisms of modern e-commerce.
• Language Proficiency: You communicate fluently in German and English (written and spoken); any additional foreign language (e.g., French, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Dutch) is a clear plus.
