Your impact

As an Influencer Marketing Manager (m/f/d) at 7Mind, you will ensure that our influencer campaigns measurably contribute to growth. You will be responsible for the entire process, from creator selection, negotiation, and implementation to data-driven optimization. You will also supply our Performance Marketing team with strong creator content for Partnership Ads and UGC Ads. Additionally, you will manage selected creator co-creations.

You will be part of a four-person Influencer Marketing team and will work closely with Performance Marketing, Brand, Content, and Data. You will report to the Lead Influencer Marketing.

7Mind is the best-known app for mindfulness and mental health in the German-speaking world. Through your work, scientifically based meditations will reach even more people in their everyday lives through authentic voices.

Tasks

What you will achieve

• You will plan, realize, and manage cross-platform influencer campaigns for 7Mind end-to-end, on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and in podcasts. This includes creator scouting and selection, briefing, content approval, and go-live.
• You will negotiate terms, deliverables, and contracts with creators, managements, and agencies. You will approach these negotiations confidently and fairly, always keeping the business case in mind.
• You will negotiate Partnership Ads and UGC Ads, including usage rights, contract durations, and approvals. You will edit the content so that the Performance Marketing team can use it directly in paid campaigns.
• You will evaluate every campaign data-driven, e.g., by CAC, conversions, reach, and engagement, and make the results transparent for the team.
• Based on the data, you will derive clear learnings. With these, you will continuously optimize budget allocation, formats, timing, and creator mix, and strategically expand strong partnerships.
• You will negotiate and manage selected influencer co-creations, e.g., joint meditations or courses, and optimize them for performance.
• You will maintain sustainable relationships with creators and their managements and be their first point of contact at 7Mind.
• You will work closely with Performance Marketing, Content, Brand, and Data, and actively contribute your perspective to decisions.

Qualification

What makes you stand out

Must-have

• 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally in the B2C, app, or subscription environment
• Proven experience in independently planning, implementing, and evaluating performance-oriented influencer campaigns
• Experience with Partnership Ads (e.g., Meta, TikTok Spark Ads) and UGC Ads, including the negotiation of usage rights
• You enjoy negotiating. You conduct negotiations on terms and contracts confidently and achieve good results for both sides.
• Analytical mindset: You enjoy working with numbers and are familiar with relevant KPIs such as CAC or conversions. You are proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, and you make decisions based on data.
• Strong people skills and genuine enjoyment of relationship management
• Fluent German (min. C1) and very good English

Nice-to-have

• Initial experience with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut or similar) for minor editing adjustments. We will teach you the rest.
• Initial experience with creator co-creations, creator products, or ambassador programs
• Basic understanding of Paid Social, e.g., Meta Ads Manager or creative testing
• Interest in mindfulness, mental health, or psychology
• Experience with dashboard or BI tools (e.g., Tableau) or tracking setups (codes, links)
