Now we want to make Influencer Marketing one of our most important growth channels. For this, we are looking for someone who will build this channel with us.

Responsibilities

You will find exciting creators, develop strong campaigns, build long-term relationships, and find out which formats really work. You will work directly with our founders Dima (CEO) and Alex (CGO) and will receive a lot of responsibility and creative freedom from the start.

What you will do with us

• Creator Discovery: You will find creators who truly fit Every Health. From micro to large, from queer to mainstream, on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and new platforms.
• Outreach & Relationships: You will approach creators and managements, negotiate collaborations, and develop long-term partnerships.
• Campaign Management: You will accompany every cooperation from the first DM through briefing and coordination to publication.
• Creative: You will develop campaigns and formats together with creators that make sexual health understandable, relevant, and entertaining.
• Medical x Creative: You will bring together creativity and medical quality. For technical topics, you will work closely with our Medical Team.
• Performance: You will track reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI and use the learnings to continuously improve campaigns.
• Testing & Scaling: You will test different creators, formats, hooks, and cooperation models and develop repeatable playbooks from them.
• Trends: You will understand what's happening on social media and find creative ways to integrate Every Health into relevant conversations and trends.

Qualifications

What you bring with you

We are primarily interested in what you have already done and what you want to build with us.

• You have already implemented influencer, creator, or social media campaigns, for example, at a brand, an agency, a startup, or through your own projects.
• You know TikTok and Instagram very well and have a good intuition for creators with a real community.
• You enjoy outreach, negotiation, and relationship building and like to actively approach new people.
• You can manage multiple collaborations simultaneously in a structured manner.
• You combine a creative flair with an interest in numbers and want to understand why a campaign works and what business impact it has.
• You work independently, pragmatically, and solution-oriented.
• You speak fluent German and English.
• You can speak openly, professionally, and naturally about sex, STIs, PrEP, and other topics related to sexual health.
