Aufgaben

You build a high-performance Influencer network that authentically and creatively represents our brand Ingarden

You continuously scout new, suitable Creators and recognize Trends before they go mainstream

You negotiate cooperation details and develop innovative campaign formats independently

You create inspiring briefings and lead our Influencers through successful campaigns

You analyze the performance of Creators data-based and lead concrete optimization measures

You develop a sustainable Influencer strategy for long-term growth

You optimize and automate processes – including modern AI tools and smart workflows

Qualifikation

You bring:

• Strong Stakeholder Management and an open, professional approach to external partners and Creators
• Outstanding analytical skills for interpreting relevant KPIs and performance data
• Creative mindset and joy in innovative storytelling
• Very good understanding of Social Media platforms and current Trends (especially Instagram & TikTok)
• High self-organization, structured, and reliable work style
• Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking
• High affinity to digital tools and openness to AI-supported processes
• Excellente German language skills at native level (C2); good English language skills a plus
