Influencer Marketing Coordinator (m/w/d)

As Influencer Marketing Coordinator (m/w/d), you will support our marketing team in making our brands visible in the digital world and authentically positioning them. You will coordinate influencer collaborations, ensure smooth processes, and contribute to successfully implementing creative content and campaigns.

Tasks

• Operative implementation and coordination of influencer collaborations for our brands
• Research, selection, and initial contact with suitable creators
• Creation of briefings and alignment on content, timings, and deliverables
• Organization and support of product shipments, collaborations, and small projects
• Support in developing creative campaign ideas in collaboration with the Senior Influencer Manager
• Closely working together with Social Media, Brand, and Performance Teams to ensure cross-campaign processes
• Monitoring of campaign performance and maintenance of relevant data, as well as support for reports

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Media, Communication or a comparable qualification
• First practical experiences in influencer or social media marketing (internship, work student or junior level)
• Safe and professional demeanor in communication with creators and agencies
• Structured and reliable working style, as well as joy in organization and project coordination
• Sense for aesthetics, trends, and the beauty/lifestyle industry
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
