Influencer Marketing (Associate) (m/w/d)

While our grandparents used to regularly integrate natural products like honey and propolis into the family's diet to support the immune system, you hardly find any natural products today. We want to change that with bedrop! We want to support people's physical well-being and health with natural bee products. We're looking for you! For us, influencer marketing is not just a channel. Here, stories are created that make our products experiential, build trust, and get people excited about bedrop. We're looking for a creative, strategically thinking person who can carry our Lovebrand together with suitable creators, build long-term relationships, and create genuine enthusiasm. Your role & your impact As Influencer Marketing Manager (m/w/d), you are the thought-provoking and communicative bridge between our brand and the people who authentically tell our product stories. Start date: As early as May 2026

Tasks

• You identify, win, and support influencers and creator-partners
• You build long-term collaborations on an equal footing
• You create clear briefings and coordinate content
• You evaluate campaign performance and draw lessons
• You plan and set influencer campaigns
• You negotiate budgets with potential influencers

Qualification

• At least 2-5 years of professional experience in influencer marketing
• Experience in E-Commerce/D2C environment (ideally in Health/Beauty/Nutrition supplements)
• Ideal qualifications: degree or study in marketing or similar
• Passion for influencer marketing and social media
• Sense for target groups, authentic content, and current trends
• Structured, self-responsible work style
• Communication strength, empathy, and team spirit
