Since its founding in 2015, we have been changing the lives of our customers with our innovative products for more health and quality of life. As a result, we now manage one of the largest German-speaking fitness communities.

Our product range is accessible through the sale of self-developed nutritional supplements as well as the distribution of digital and physical information products in our own online shop.

Your Mission at FFA GmbH

As a Partner/Affiliate/Influencer Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for building up and managing our partnerships. You acquire new affiliates and influencers, support existing partners, and continuously optimize the performance of our partnership activities. You work closely with our Head of Partnership and ensure that partnerships scale profitably and make a measurable contribution to our revenue growth.

Tasks

• Akquise, Onboarding und Betreuung von Affiliate- sowie Influencer-Partnern (Publisher, Blogger, Content-Creator, Vergleichsportale) zur kontinuierlichen Performance-Steigerung
• Operative Steuerung von Affiliate-Netzwerken, Erstellung von Werbemitteln und Performance-Monitoring
• Recherche, Verhandlung und Onboarding relevanter Influencer und Content Creator in der Fitness- und Gesundheitsbranche
• Koordination und Performance-Tracking von Influencer-Kampagnen sowie Aufbau langfristiger Beziehungen zu Creatorn
• Unterstützung bei strategischen Kooperationen und Koordination von Co-Marketing-Aktivitäten mit Partnerunternehmen
• Monatliche Performance-Analysen, Reportings und proaktive Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
• Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Content und Product Teams

Qualification

Must-haves

• 2-4 Jahre Erfahrung im Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing oder Partnership Management
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Affiliate-Tracking, Attribution und Performance-Messung
• Erfahrung mit Affiliate-Netzwerken oder Influencer-Plattformen
• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Verhandlungsgeschick
• Analytisches Denken und Zahlenaffinität – du verstehst, wie man Partnership-ROI misst
• Hands-on-Mentalität und selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Ausgeprägte Beziehungsfähigkeit und Netzwerk-Kompetenz
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse

Nice-to-have

• Erfahrung im Health, Wellness oder Supplement-Bereich
• Bestehendes Netzwerk zu Influencern, Publishern oder Content Creatorn in der Fitness-Branche
• Erfahrung im D2C/E-Commerce-Umfeld
• Verständnis für Performance Marketing und Customer Journey
• Know-how in Social Media Marketing (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Erfahrung mit CRM- oder Partnership-Management-Tools
