Tasks

• Get fully immersed in the agency's daily routine and work together with German influencers
• Support in planning and implementing campaigns from our exclusive influencers
• Mentorship and management of our exclusive influencers
• Negotiation of conditions and contract establishment
• Support our creators in developing their channels
• Discover and analyze new social media trends and tools
• Support our clients in selecting the right influencers
• Analyze campaign results and optimize future strategies

Qualification

• You should have at least 2 years of experience in the Influencer Marketing field and be very familiar with common social media platforms
• It is important that you have a good sense for trends and developments in the marketing industry
• You must be communicative and able to understand influencers and brands alike
• Teamwork ability is essential, as you will work closely with other team members
• You should possess a high level of creativity and be able to develop innovative ideas for influencer campaigns
