Greetings, HÄNG:COM. Since 2014, we produce ultralight and innovative outdoor gear. Besides partnerships with RedBull, Der Bahn, Payback, American Express etc., we sell these worldwide. Since 2017, we also rent out our hammocks and own lounge solutions at festivals across Europe.

100% REMOTE
Home-Office is the normal state for us. Everyone works always 'remote'. That applies to you as well. You can work wann, wo, and wie you like.

YOUR TASK – You are the face of HÄNG towards Influencers.
You take over an existing process and roll it out. Identify creators, write to them, convince them, sign contracts, follow up – and be so nice and approachable that people look forward to seeing your message. Niceness is not a Nice-to-have. Niceness is the job.

Tasks

• You identify suitable creators & Influencers for HÄNG (Outdoor, Lifestyle, Travel, Micro to Mid-tier)
• You write them individually – not according to a template-baukasten
• You convince them of a cooperation and accompany the deal until the signature
• You keep track of all ongoing cooperations: deadlines, content submissions, releases
• You follow up – friendly but consistent
• You are the first point of contact for everything creators need: product questions, briefings, leniency decisions
• You maintain our creator database and keep everything neatly documented

Qualification

• You can get people excited about things they don't know yet – written or personally
• You are structured enough to coordinate 20+ cooperations simultaneously without losing the thread
• Niceness, patience and a genuine interest in people are mandatory – not optional
• You have a sense for which creator fits a brand and which does not
• Experience with Influencer-cooperations, creator-outreach or social media is a plus – willingness to learn is enough
